Joe Kuehn, MA, LPC, CSAC, CS-IT

Joe Kuehn, MA, LPC, CSAC, CS-IT is the Program Director of MRC. He has 15 years of experience working with people from all walks of life who struggle with addiction. His expertise spans the range of substance use disorders, mental health disorders, behavioral and process addictions. Joe has lived experience with addiction, personally and as an affected family member. He is born and raised in Madison, received his undergraduate degree in Marketing and Finance in 2006 and Master of Arts in Counseling in 2010. 

 

Joe brings a wealth of knowledge from his experience facilitating and developing outpatient and intensive outpatient treatment programs.  He has worked closely with jail diversion programs, State monitoring programs for licensed professionals, employee assistance programs, and cases involving media attention for high profile individuals. 

 

Joe has been sober since 2007 as a result of following the suggestions of the quality treatment he received from a program similar to Madison Recovery Center and by jumping head-first into the local Madison recovery community.  He strongly believes that everyone has a chance to get sober and make a new life of their own design and Joe believes his ultimate purpose is to help others achieve that, just like others did for himself.
