At Madison Recovery Center, we get it—taking time off to get help can feel impossible when you’ve got a job to do and people counting on you. That’s why our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), and Virtual IOP are built to work with your schedule, not against it.
Whether you’re working full-time, part-time, or doing shift work, we’ve designed our programs to help you get real support without putting your life—or your job—on hold.
We Work With Your Schedule
We know every person’s situation is different. Some folks can step away for a few hours each day. Others need evening options. That’s why we offer day and evening programming, with multiple sessions per week depending on your needs.
Our IOP is ideal if you’re still going to work every day—it gives you time to focus on recovery and still clock in. Our PHP is a little more intensive, with longer hours during the day, but still lets you sleep at home and manage responsibilities. And if you’re working remotely or traveling for work, our Virtual IOP lets you log in from anywhere.
Professional-Level Care That Understands Your Needs
Every aspect of MRC’s programs reflects a professional’s realities. Our credentialed clinical team designs personalized plans, balancing intensity with manageability—targeting issues even if your job sometimes masks deeper mental health or substance use struggles. Our staff, many of whom are in recovery themselves, combine clinical expertise with lived understanding—creating an environment where confidentiality, trust, and efficiency are paramount.

Zoom Rehab That’s Private and Easy
Our Virtual IOP lets you join therapy sessions, group discussions, and education groups from your phone or computer—no commute, no fuss. Everything happens through secure, HIPAA-compliant Zoom links, so your privacy is protected. It’s the same quality care you’d get in person, just easier to fit into your day.
You’ll be able to show up, speak freely, and get the tools you need—whether you’re on a lunch break, working a split shift, or catching up from home.
Keep Your Job and Still Get Help
Worried about your job? Many of our clients are hardworking people who thought they couldn’t step away long enough to get help. But with our flexible programs, it’s possible to show up for yourself and keep showing up at work.
We’ll even help you figure out your benefits and work with your health insurance, HR department, or EAP if you need it. Everything is confidential, and our team will walk you through how to get started without causing waves at your job.
Transitioning Back to Work with Strength
At the conclusion of PHP or IOP—virtual or in-person—you’ll leave with:
- A solid aftercare plan for ongoing support and relapse prevention
- Access to continued Virtual IOP or follow‑up services
- New coping skills, life strategies, and a clear sense of purpose supporting your career and personal growth
Madison Recovery Center empowers working professionals to recover without compromise—providing the structure, skill-building, and compassion needed to reclaim both your well-being and your professional path.
