Rehab for UPS Employees in Wisconsin: Getting Help Without Missing Work

Get Help Without Putting Your Job at Risk

If you’re a UPS employee in Wisconsin and you’re struggling with alcohol, drugs, or mental health issues, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to handle it by yourself. At Madison Recovery Center, we’ve helped countless people just like you take back control of their lives without walking away from their jobs.

We know the pressure UPS workers face: early hours, demanding routes, physical exhaustion, and little room to slow down. And when you’re also dealing with substance use or mental health struggles, that pressure can build up fast. That’s why we’ve built programs that make it possible to get real help without putting your job at risk.

Treatment That Fits Your Life

We offer three flexible options for care, depending on your schedule and what level of support you need:

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

Our IOP is perfect for UPS employees who still need to work while getting help. You’ll attend structured therapy sessions a few days a week—during the day or evening—while continuing to live at home and keep up with your responsibilities. IOP includes:

  • Group therapy and individual counseling
  • Education groups on relapse prevention, coping skills, and mental health
  • A schedule that works around your job

Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)

If you need more structure, our PHP provides a higher level of support—offering full-day treatment sessions while still allowing you to go home in the evenings. This is ideal if your symptoms are more severe or if you’ve recently completed detox or residential care and need help staying on track.

Virtual IOP (Telehealth)

For UPS employees who are working long shifts, live outside Madison, or need more flexibility, our Virtual IOP allows you to log in from your phone or computer. These HIPAA-compliant Zoom sessions include the same high-quality care you’d get in person:

  • Online group sessions
  • One-on-one therapy
  • Mental health and addiction education
  • Private, secure, and easy to access
Mental Health Treatment

Real Help for Real Problems

At Madison Recovery Center, we treat more than just substance use—we treat the whole person. Our programs are built to help with:

  • Drug and alcohol addiction
  • Mental health issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD
  • Life events like divorce, grief, or major transitions
  • Work-related stress and burnout
  • Trauma and co-occurring disorders

We believe addiction is often a symptom of something deeper. That’s why our care goes beyond the surface—giving you the space and support to understand what’s driving your behaviors and build a healthier, more balanced life.

We Understand the UPS Culture

From long shifts and union rules to workplace expectations and physical demands, we understand the world UPS employees live in. We’re here to work with you—not against your schedule or your commitments.

Our care team respects your time, your privacy, and your need to keep showing up for your job and your family. We’re ready to help you figure out what’s next, without shame and without losing your paycheck.
